A Registered Nurse is needed to help us in our endeavor to build the healthiest community in the nation ... one person at a time.

This position will be based at the new and innovative acute care behavioral health facility, which opened in late 2023. SummitStone has the privilege of partnering closely with Larimer County on this venture. This voter-approved facility provides licensed, equitable and culturally relevant care and treatment to individuals in crisis with mental health and / or substance use disorders. • Location : Fort Collins, Colorado at our Garcia House
• Status : Full-time, 36 hours per week
• Hours : 12 hour shifts, 6 : 00am to 6 : 00pm with a rotating schedule of Wednesday - Friday and then Tuesday - Saturday

What You'll Do :

As a Crisis Registered Nurse (RN), the applicant will be integral in managing urgent, high-stress situations, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate and implement immediate treatment plans. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments, conducting laboratory testing, performing rapid physical and behavioral health assessments, and providing compassionate engagement with clients and families in critical moments. The RN will also be responsible for coordinating transitions of care in high-pressure environments and ensuring adherence to all relevant rules, guidelines, and directives to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.

Garcia House provides residential treatment for those who are working through co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (SUD)

Total Rewards

The typical hiring range for this position is $35 to $42 per hour, based on relevant years of experience.

Employees working at locations operating 24 / 7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekend and holidays.
