We’re seeking a talented Sr. Legal Counsel with 15 years of experience to join our esteemed team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile funded projects within the Energy Vertical.

Qualifications :
Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
Licensed to practice law in the state where the office is located (Texas).
Key Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation, including contract and how it effects business.
Strong research and writing skills paired with an outstanding academic record.
Clerkship or trial experience
Prior experience in a large law firm environment is highly valued.
Provide legal advice and counsel on corporate governance, business strategy, regulatory compliance, and legal risks.
Assist the Board of Directors, executives and management on corporate governance practices, fiduciary duties and best practices for board operations and shareholder relations
In-depth understanding of corporate law, including corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and intellectual property.
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive salary tailored to experience, education, and market demands, ranging from $225,000 to $300,000 for Texas-based positions.
