Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans

Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs to ensure high fidelity in protocol implementation

Utilize data analysis to monitor client progress and modify intervention plans as needed

Required Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

Strong desire for autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule

Residence in GA, SC, NC, NH, FL preferred

Comfortable using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection
