Independent Sales Representative – Pre-Need Sales

Location : Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, Kaneohe, HI (Honolulu County)

Job Type : Independent Contractor (Commission-Based Only)

Projected First-Year Income : $75,000 – $195,000

  • Proven Closer : You’re confident in your ability to close sales on the first call and have the track record to prove it.
  • Experienced Seller : You bring at least 2 years of direct or in-home sales experience and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
  • Natural Communicator : Your emotional intelligence and presentation skills make you a trusted advisor.
  • Self-Motivated : You’re disciplined, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships within the community to educate families on pre-need planning.
  • Set appointments and deliver compelling presentations using our pre-planning guide.
  • Accurately complete contracts using our proprietary software, Navigator .
  • Track sales activity and performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for growth.
  • Use Velocify to manage contacts and ensure timely, professional follow-up.
  • Prospect consistently through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, mailers, seminars, and local events.
  • Stay informed on relevant topics such as veterans’ benefits, Social Security, and end-of-life planning.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, professionalism, and a “whatever it takes” attitude.
