Explore more : Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To : - Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.- Prepare precise and competitive estimates for residential construction projects.- Build detailed proposals and quotes based on labor, material, and equipment needs.- Represent ADM with professionalism and confidence to homeowners, architects, and contractors.- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.- Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.- Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure seamless project handoff and execution.- Provide top-tier customer service, managing client expectations and addressing concerns.- Deliver regular sales reports, project updates, and forecasting insights to the leadership team.- Manage multiple active projects and leads with strong organizational discipline. Qualifications : - 5+ years of proven experience in residential construction sales and estimating.- Strong understanding of construction materials, labor costs, and project scope.- History of exceeding sales goals and developing long-term client relationships.- Proficiency in estimating and documentation tools (, Google Sheets, CRM software).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Professional demeanor, with the ability to work independently and on a collaborative team.- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at various stages.- A positive, proactive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
