Alejandra De La Torre - State Farm Agency, located in Round Rock, TX has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Representative. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person.

Looking for someone with problem solving skills that is goal oriented, competitive, and hungry for an opportunity to grow in a great working environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
  • Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients

    • Requirements :

  • Must live within a 20-mile radius of office
  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain before start date, fee reimbursed after 90 days)
  • Life & Health license (must be able to obtain before start date, fee reimbursed after 90 days)
  • Working Hours (flexible) M-Th 10 : 30 a.m. - 7 : 00 p.m. and F 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
  • 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in peoples lives
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Excellent communication skills : written, verbal and listening
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start
