Pay : From $60,000.00 per year Job description : Membership Sales Representative (Bilingual Required) – Location : Worcester, MA Schedule : Mon–Thu 8 : 30am–4 : 30pm, Fri 8 : 30am–4 : 00pm Employment Type : Contract to Hire Pay : $60k (Base Commission Quarterly Bonuses) Overview : Are you passionate about helping small businesses grow and making a real impact in your local community? Key Responsibilities : Drive new membership sales and manage renewals by communicating the value of accreditation and business trust. Focus on member retention and relationship-building in your initial onboarding period. Attend at least one local chamber, networking, or community event per week to generate leads and foster community partnerships. Educate businesses on membership benefits such as dispute resolution support, marketing tools, and credibility assets (e.g., trust seal). Use the internal CRM platform (“Blue”) to manage accounts and sales activities. Collaborate with a supportive sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager. Who You Are : Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. Prior experience in sales, customer service, community outreach, or small business engagement. Outgoing, self-motivated, and excited to build meaningful relationships in the business community. Strong communicator with a values-driven approach to selling. Comfortable with both phone-based outreach and in-person networking.
