We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to collaborate with us in expanding market reach.The Opportunity We're seeking a motivated Independent Sales Representative (1099) to build and expand relationships with hospitals, healthcare systems, and surgery centers. This is a commission-based independent contractor role - perfect for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and performance-driven rewards.📌 Existing connections with hospitals and/or surgery centers are strongly preferred - this role is built for someone who can walk in with relationships already in place.What You'll Do ✅ Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and other pharmaceutical buyers ✅ Promote and sell OurPharma's 503B compounded sterile products in compliance with FDA regulations ✅ Manage and grow existing accounts while hunting new business ✅ Present products and address stakeholder questions/concerns ✅ Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements ✅ Track and report on sales activity ✅ Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership ✅ Stay current on 503B industry trends, regulations, and competitor activityWhat You Bring ✔️ Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, specifically within a 503B outsourcing facility (highly preferred) ✔️ Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems (highly preferred) ✔️ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets ✔️ Working knowledge of 503B FDA regulations and compliance standards ✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills ✔️ Ability to build and execute a strategic sales plan independently ✔️ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office ✔️ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry eventsCompensation & Perks 💰 Commission-based with uncapped earning potential 💰 Performance incentives 🕐 Flexible, independent contractor role (1099) - set your own schedule 🌱 Join a growing, innovative 503B Outsourcing FacilityThis is an independent contractor (1099) position - ideal for an entrepreneurial sales professional who wants control over their schedule and income.
