Job Description
Job Description
Industrial Painter – Join Team Omni
Omni Glass & Paint is looking for full-time Industrial Painters to join our dedicated team. Since 1967, we've built a strong reputation as one of Wisconsin's largest and most trusted paint and glass contractors. From manufacturing facilities and warehouses to hospitals and office buildings, our projects span a wide range of industries and structures. If you take pride in your work and are ready to grow your career with a company built on commitment, innovation, and hard work-Omni is the place for you.
Monday through Friday, first shift, with flexible start times as early as 6 am. Pay ranges from $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
As an Industrial Painter, you'll apply protective coatings to interior and exterior surfaces of commercial and industrial buildings. You'll prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, or sandblasting, fill cracks and holes, mix and apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Some projects may involve applying specialty finishes, or using custom techniques.
You'll set up ladders or scaffolding, follow all safety procedures, and wear proper protective gear including respirators, hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection. This role includes travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
What You'll Need
To thrive in this role, you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. You should feel comfortable reading basic instructions and blueprints, performing simple math, and solving challenges on-site. You must also be able to work at heights and have the flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or nights when project demands require it.
Previous painting experience-especially in industrial or commercial settings (1–3 years)-is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
Apply Today
Whether you're just starting your journey or bringing years of experience to the table, Omni Glass & Paint offers a place where your work is valued and your potential is supported. Join a company that believes in its people-and build something great with us.
Omni Glass & Paint, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages minorities, females, protected veterans, and individuals with disabilities to apply. Bottom of Form
