Overview : As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of residents implementing care plans and providing expert nursing care in a facility that values compassion transparency and a collaborative work environment. Duties & Responsibilities :

• Resident Care & Assessment :

Conduct thorough assessments of residents health status including physical mental and emotional well-being.

Supervise and support the nursing staff including CNAs and LPNs ensuring that all care duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Effectively communicate with residents families and the healthcare team to ensure clear accurate and timely updates on patient conditions.

Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records and documentation for each resident in compliance with regulatory standards.

Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively ensuring that residents receive the appropriate emergency care and intervention.

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements :

Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Active unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.

Previous experience in a nursing role preferably in long-term care skilled nursing or geriatric care settings.
