A company is looking for an Information Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor technical content authors on using the CCMS platform
Develop a content strategy and maintain the DITA information model for consistency and optimized translation costs
Perform technical content inventory analysis and maintain automated publishing workflows
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of software industry experience as an information architect or senior technical writer
Expertise with DITA XML, topic-based writing, and minimalism
Experience with CI / CD publishing workflows and content platform publishing
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications, Software Engineering, or related field
Hands-on or academic experience with AI strategies in technical communication preferred
