Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Capable of obtaining a Certificate of clearance. Working knowledge of various systems. Ability to read blueprints and interpret electrical schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts when required Strong communication and customer service skills

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Security Installation Technician to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, maintain, service, install and test Security Systems to include; Access Controls, CCTV and Intrusion Systems.
- Perform service and maintenance on existing systems ensuring optimal performance, Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Pull and terminate cable, mount devices, and connect panels according to manufacturer specifications.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, other technicians, and subcontractors to complete installations.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear documentation of work performed.
- Conduct system training and demonstrations for customers upon completion of installation.
- Ensure compliance with all company, state, and local regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
- Participate in ongoing technical training and certification programs. Participate in the on-call program.
