What You Will Experience In This Position :

• Collaborate within business segment to recommend pricing strategies and models based upon current business and driven global dynamics.
• Develop price and price realization forecasting models to understand impact of pricing changes on revenue and margin expansion.
• Perform product and customer profitability analytics.
• Use data analytics, including target price guidance, data-driven recommendation implementing DOA (Delegation of Authority) thresholds, regional price variability recommendations, driven indexing, ship-and-debit claims impact analytic, price waterfall model, cost-to-serve analysis as well as AgenticAI price models.
• Monitor price performance metrics and perform periodic price analysis for product lines, region, customers.
• Support the pricing operations team with analytics and tools for pricing process efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to acquire technical and cost data for development of price analysis.

Pay Transparency nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range : $76,000.00 - $141,100.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
