Key Responsibilities

Manage and document adverse events and product safety inquiries via telephone and email

Triage cases and provide health and safety information to consumers and healthcare professionals

Escalate cases to trained medical professionals as necessary

Required Qualifications and Education

Current LPN, EMT, Paramedic, CMA / RMA, or CPhT certification

1+ years of recent work experience in a relevant role

1+ years of customer service experience preferred

Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

Commitment to 5.2 weeks of full-time, paid training
