Keep reading! / ppIn This Role : / ppThe People Services (PS) Technology Intern will support the PS Technology team in daily operational activities, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects. This role offers hands-on experience working with Oracle HCM, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and service center operations. The intern will gain exposure to end-to-end HR processes, data governance, reporting, and system administration while partnering with multiple functional business teams. / pulliDevelop an understanding of the full employee life cycle and the technology transactions that support it. / liliAssist with testing system enhancements and periodic upgrades. / liliMonitor and manage the teams incident ticket queue to ensure timely and accurate resolution of requests. / liliSupport technology tasks related to the Summer Learning Program, including the setup and validation of assignments / positions. / liliEvaluate and organize the current reporting catalog for People Services; identify data quality issues and support audit activities to ensure data integrity. / liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners as needed. / liliThis position will report directly to the Manager of People Services Technology. / liliWorking toward a degree and seeking valuable experience in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. / liliEnthusiastic about learning HR technology and enjoys problem-solving through data and systems. / liliAbility to use technology to be productive and efficient. / liliExhibits a high level of energy, initiative, and a strong desire to learn new systems, tools, and HR processes. / liliCommunicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, when partnering with internal teams and documenting system processes or testing results. / liliA highly motivated, results-driven individual who excels both independently and collaboratively to complete technical tasks and project deliverables. / liliDemonstrates exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when working with data, reports, and audits. / liliDemonstrates a service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting internal customers across the organization. / liliHighly organized and effective at managing competing priorities, troubleshooting tickets, and supporting multiple projects simultaneously. / li / ulpWhat We Offer You : / pulli40 hours / week / liliOnsite Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm / lili$15.50 / hour / liliScheduled events and meetings with company leaders! / liliFormal program to help you grow professionally! / liliOpportunity to share in a formal presentation your internship work. / li / ul / div
