RELOCATION ASSISTANCE WITHIN THE US IS AVAILABLE
We are seeking an IT Sourcing Manager to support the development and execution of centralized sourcing, procurement, and vendor management strategies for IT hardware, software, and services.
This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve purchasing needs, ensure compliance, and optimize vendor performance.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Contracts and Vendor Management , this position plays a key role in spend analysis, cost optimization, asset management, contract lifecycle support, and strengthening vendor relationships to support the organization's overall IT sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Procurement Leadership : Manage sourcing activities across IT categories including software, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, hardware, and professional services using RFPs, RFIs, and direct negotiations
- Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation : Develop evaluation models, lead complex vendor negotiations, and analyze licensing models (on-premise, subscription, hosted, and cloud) to secure enterprise-wide agreements
- Contract Management & Compliance : Support contract reviews (SLAs, SOWs, pricing terms) and implement processes to drive adoption, ensure compliance, and reduce contractual risk
- Cost Optimization & Strategy : Develop and execute sourcing strategies, benchmark vendor performance, identify savings opportunities, and influence stakeholders to drive efficiency
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Build strong relationships across IT, finance, legal, compliance, and business units to align sourcing activities with organizational goals
- Continuous Improvement : Stay current on IT procurement trends, technologies, and policies; apply best practices to improve processes and support special initiatives
