Establish data governance, standards, and ensure data quality across the organization

Build and mentor IT teams, enhancing performance metrics and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field

15+ years in data engineering, architecture, or IT operations

10+ years of IT operations experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles

Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift

Healthcare security experience (HIPAA required); certifications like CISSP or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
