ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
As a Change manager,
1)Attend customer meetings as required CAB, operational review meetings and manage tperson Change Scpersondule according to CAB definitions and communicate it with all involved parties.
2)Try to bring in necessary process improvements wpersonever required. Evaluate completed / failed changes and make improvement recommendations, while keeping CMDB updated about tperson network changes.
3) Provide training and support on processes and relevant tooling / systems wpersonn required, while also coaching stakeholders involved in tperson Change Management process.
As a Problem Manager,
1)Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of Problem Management process.
2)Work on Post Incident reviews / activities.
As a Change / Problem Manager, work with tperson Technical Duty Officers, Critical Incident Managers, and otperson PPCC support teams to listen to their feedback on any process or internal improvements within CM / PM space.
Required skills :
- 6+ years of working ITIL / ITSM technology.
Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, modern change management principles and methodology.
