About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to provide both strategic and operational leadership in all areas of technology infrastructure and data strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of critical systems, leading the selection and rollout of a new global ERP platform, and driving business intelligence and data analytics initiatives, with a focus on AI adoption. This role involves overseeing IT and business intelligence strategy development, system design, and implementation, as well as managing IT infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery plans. The VP will also be tasked with managing vendor relationships, staying abreast of emerging technologies, and ensuring the integrity, reliability, and cybersecurity of systems.

Key qualifications for the role include a proven track record in leading enterprise-level IT strategy, particularly in the context of ERP implementation, and a strong understanding of business intelligence, data analytics, and emerging technologies like AI. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional technology projects, and will possess excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills. The VP will be expected to establish IT policies and departmental goals that align with the organization's strategy, mentor and develop team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. A critical aspect of the role is the ability to integrate new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and to ensure that the IT department is well-prepared for the future.
