Key Responsibilities
Drive IT operational strategies aligned with business goals
Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering growth and development
Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk operations
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT roles, with 2+ years in leadership
Technical skills in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and networking fundamentals
Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, PMP, and Agile / Kanban experience preferred
Experience managing vendor relationships and IT budgets
Ability to implement security frameworks and disaster recovery plans
