Job Title: Inside Sales Account Manager
Location: Currie, North Carolina, United States
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Responsibilities

  • Manage quoting, order entry, follow-up, and customer documentation
  • Maintain timely communication with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate customer requirements across internal departments
  • Support order tracking, reporting, and CRM updates
  • Build strong customer relationships and support business development activities
  • Identify workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Support trade shows and customer engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of inside sales, account management, or customer-facing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-driven environments
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Experience:

  • CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Lean or continuous improvement exposure
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or nuclear industry experience
  • Sales operations or process improvement experience
