The Instructional Technology Manager promotes and supports development of engaging, high quality, innovative instruction in all distance learning curriculum and workforce continuing education courses at Robeson Community College. This position collaborates with academic leaders and faculty to provide technological support within the LMS and facilitate learner-centered improvements to course design and assessments. The Instructional Technology Manager also coordinates and facilitates professional development opportunities as the lead for the College's Center for Teaching and Learning.

Minimum qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree awarded by a regionally accredited institution in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field with three years of experience in online instruction or instructional design in a higher education setting.
