Job Description
Position Purpose :
Join our team as a Electrical Planner and drive operational excellence! You'll optimize maintenance activities, minimize equipment downtime, and ensure peak asset reliability.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities :
- Review work requests and determine job scope.
- Define required labor, skills, materials, and tools.
- Develop detailed job steps, drawings, and safety risks / permits.
- Identify parts and ensure they are kitted and available.
- Estimate job durations and costs.
- Gather vendor quote and generate purchase requisitions as needed.
- Maintain equipment job plans and libraries.
- Prepare permits for contractors and large project work.
- Coordinate with operations for equipment availability and permits.
- Coordinate work with engineering group, maintenance and operations while developing job scope.
- Strategic planning and resource coordination.
- Work order management and system optimization.
- Safety compliance and permit verification.
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Continuous improvement and standardization.
