Job Description

Position Purpose :

Join our team as a Electrical Planner and drive operational excellence! You'll optimize maintenance activities, minimize equipment downtime, and ensure peak asset reliability.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities :

• Review work requests and determine job scope.
• Define required labor, skills, materials, and tools.
• Develop detailed job steps, drawings, and safety risks / permits.
• Identify parts and ensure they are kitted and available.
• Estimate job durations and costs.
• Gather vendor quote and generate purchase requisitions as needed.
• Maintain equipment job plans and libraries.
• Prepare permits for contractors and large project work.
• Coordinate with operations for equipment availability and permits.
• Coordinate work with engineering group, maintenance and operations while developing job scope.
• Strategic planning and resource coordination.
• Work order management and system optimization.
• Safety compliance and permit verification.
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Continuous improvement and standardization.
