ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversees daily management and operation of the Office of the President of Salem Five Insurance. Assists in planning the day-to-day activities as well as special events.
- Manages and coordinates the moderate to complex scheduling of the Presidents appointments updating as necessary; prepares and organizes essential materials / documents in relation to ongoing responsibilities. As needed assists President in calendar management handling travel arrangements and expense management using Concur.
- Provides admin support including correspondence transcription typing spreadsheets filing and record keeping.
- Reviews edits interprets and has the ability to track data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and the public. This includes receiving and screening phone calls and visitors answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy taking messages and directing calls appropriately for resolution.
- Opens routes distributes and composes replies to Presidents correspondence when requested.
- Coordinates and arranges leadership team meetings prepares agendas from topics and information provided sends meeting invites provides reminders to participants and ensures conference room availability.
- Takes minutes at leadership and other ad-hoc meetings in a proactive and timely manner.
- Composes and types routine correspondence including preparation of memos with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrates compliance with banking business laws and regulations as defined in company policies and procedures pertinent to the position
- Regular attendance is essential to this position

Salary Range : $60000 - $75000
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority location and performance. This range may be modified in the future.
