As a senior associate in RSM's growing Risk and Controls Practice, you will have the opportunity to draw from your experience and knowledge while continuing to grow your leadership skills through a high degree of client and industry exposure, career development and mentorship opportunities, and a diverse and inclusive culture. In the Process Risk and Controls Practice we frequently work as or alongside a client's internal audit function, the chief risk officer or risk function, Sarbanes-Oxley project team, and various other members of management tasked with managing risk. Our advisors help our clients with identifying and prioritizing risk and leveraging process and controls to reduce risk exposure.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range : $77,700 - $146,900
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
