Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, and IT infrastructure, technical support or related area recommended
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office , desktop, and server
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Self-starter

    • Duties and Responsibilities

    A typical day may include :

  • Performs end-user support.
  • Designs, develops, supports, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software. Make updates to system related installation.
  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of server hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Perform routine system updates and patches.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate infrastructure issues.
  • Participate in the implementation of new infrastructure solutions.
  • Document technical processes and maintain system records.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
  • Participate and support daily helpdesk operations.
  • Develop and implement helpdesk policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on key helpdesk metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
  • Coordinate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide basic user training on common software and hardware.
  • Manage, replace and retire inventory of IT equipment for end-users.
