Are you detail-oriented and passionate about accuracy? We're seeking a Payroll Clerk to support our Payroll Manager and Payroll Administrator in the accurate and timely processing of our biweekly payroll.

Your Role :

As a Payroll Clerk within our Accounting & Financial team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Review Personnel Change Notification reports and update information in Workday

Ensure all changes are accurately entered into the system

Verify data for completeness and correctness

Receive, review, and manage incoming payroll correspondence

Review Personnel Notices and W-4 forms; update Workday as appropriate

Balance payroll registers to updated control totals after processing in Workday

Reconcile discrepancies as needed to ensure accuracy

Assist with investigating tax filing problems and delinquency notices

Maintain confidentiality of payroll, client, and firm information at all times

What We're Looking For :

Required Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent required. The salary range for this position is from $48,000 $54,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
