Job Title : Junior Estimator

Job Description

As a Junior Estimator, you will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals. You'll collaborate closely with project managers and Sr. estimators to gather pricing data, evaluate subcontractor bids, and ensure competitive and comprehensive bid submissions. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in construction software, and a foundational understanding of construction methods and materials. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and S r. estimators to gather pricing data.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive and comprehensive bid submissions.
• Utilize construction software to assist in accurate estimation processes.
• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout all stages of estimation.
• Assist in managing and completing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00 / hr.
