The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via web chat.
* Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and troubleshooting.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a web-based environment.
* Excellent typing and written communication skills.
