Job Description

Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish. Manage field staff and subcontractor teams to maintain productivity and safety. Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are met. Maintain high-quality workmanship and enforce company standards. Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or institutional projects ($50m AND up). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset and ability to build strong relationships on and off the site. Commitment to safety and quality at every stage of construction. AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY.

What's On Offer
