• The Alliance Lab Senior Manager provides leadership and oversight of Testing and Transfusions Support Services provided by the Fred Hutch Alliance Lab. They ensure high quality performance cost effective resource utilization implementation of standardized reliable and lean processes plus continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with senior leaders lab medical director(s) Lab Quality and lab leadership to complete initiatives complex troubleshooting and systems upgrades / updates in a timely manager and within the appropriate regulatory compliance expectations.
• Supports Testing Managers and Technical and Compliance Manager responsible for daily operations and ongoing regulatory compliance in Hematology Chemistry Coagulation and Urinalysis.

This role works at the Fred Hutch South Lake Union campus 825 Eastlake Ave E Seattle WA. Occasional travel which may be increased during projects etc. is required to the Fred Hutch Community Sites with onsite Alliance Labs :

The annual base salary range for this position is from $139984.00 to $221249.00 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
