The Opportunity

Meridian is seeking a Principal-level leader who is ready to step into an owner / partner role alongside their leadership team. This is a high-impact role for a decisive, experienced professional eager to drive business growth, mentor a strong team, and influence the firm's future direction . You're a planning professional who's capable of providing strategic direction and leadership for Meridian, expanding the firm's capabilities and staffing, and guiding project teams successfully through environmental review (i.e., CEQA and NEPA) and planning processes.

Base annual salary is anticipated to range from $129,000 - $175,000 annually, not including profit sharing or ownership privileges. Total compensation will vary depending on revenue generated.
