About the Role
The Legal Associate Product Specialist will collaborate with diverse teams, including customer support, marketing, sales, legal specialists, designers, and engineers, to translate customer needs into actionable product features. You will develop analytical skills to understand usage trends and the data that drives our product's success.
Responsibilities:

Engage in customer discovery activities to gather insights and provide recommendations.

Collaborate with team members to source data that informs product decisions.

Take part in customer events and assist in go-to-market strategies.

Share information with sales and marketing teams to enhance product knowledge.

Recommend and plan feature functionalities based on user feedback.

Create and present technical user stories to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Draft product requirements that address customer needs efficiently.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science or Engineering preferred).

Experience as an engineer, in legal technology, or as a legal professional skilled in legal tools is advantageous.

Demonstrated organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information to a diverse audience.

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general IT skills.

A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to rapid learning and development.

Ability to interact with internal and external customers professionally.

Experience in a technical customer support role is a plus.

Comfortable learning and using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.

Compensation: Our U.S. National Base Pay Range is $52,800 - $88,000, with geographic adjustments applicable in some areas. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
