Oversee the movement of important correspondence and materials.
Prepare and manage accurate documents that support client communications, legal filings, and tax‑related processes.
Keep client matters organized by maintaining digital and physical records.
Coordinate the assembly of Estate Tax Binders and support electronic court filings, helping the team deliver compliant submissions.

The Successful Applicant
Background in business administration with strong Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel skills.
Familiarity with fiduciary income tax returns, estate tax returns, probate forms, and legal research tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis.
Exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented, and confident handling multiple priorities at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Willingness to take initiative and work overtime when necessary.
