This role will focus on developing reporting, dashboards, and analytics that provide insight into product line performance, cost drivers, and utilization trends within a payer environment. Responsibilities: Create reporting and processes that provide deeper insight into product line performance drivers. Develop dashboards and reports explaining product line cost and utilization drivers. Perform drill-down analysis to identify root causes behind performance trends. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights by telling the story behind product line performance. Conduct ad hoc analysis related to utilization trends, provider reimbursement methodologies, payment patterns, and population-based analytics. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in medical economics and/or healthcare analytics with payer experience required. Experience working in Enterprise Data Warehouses with healthcare claims and eligibility data. Demonstrated experience developing cost and utilization dashboards and reporting focused on product line performance drivers. Strong experience conducting detailed analysis on trend drivers. Knowledge of various provider reimbursement methodologies and their impact on claims payments. SQL and Milliman MedInsight required. Power BI development using payer claims data strongly preferred.
