Are you someone who thrives on human connection and believes in selling with a mission? Solano Law Firm is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Bilingual Immigration Consultation Specialist to join our expanding team in Birmingham.
In this role, you are the first point of contact for individuals seeking a new life in the United States. You will engage with clients, listen to their stories, and guide them through the initial stages of the immigration process. Your goal is to ensure every potential client feels supported, confident, and secure in our services while identifying how our firm can best advocate for their future.
Compensation:$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Drive Growth: Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets by building meaningful connections with prospective clients.
- Consultative Enrollment: Identify and understand prospective clients' needs through empathetic, heartfelt communication.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport via phone, video, and in-person consultations.
- Service Presentation: Present the firm’s legal services with absolute clarity, ensuring the value proposition is understood.
- Pipeline Persistence: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to ensure no one is left behind in their journey.
- Operational Excellence: Adhere to established procedures for client conversion and meticulously document all interactions in our CRM/database.
- Collaborative Alignment: Work closely with the Client Onboarding and Acquisitions teams to reach firm-wide goals.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Sales Experience: 2+ years of documented experience in sales or enrollment, preferably within professional services (legal, insurance, or healthcare).
- Communication: Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to lead a persuasive, assertive, and empathetic conversation.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new CRM systems.
- Resilience: Innate persistence and the ability to manage high-volume tasks with heart and composure.
