TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37412!

Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery RN – Tennessee

Start Date: February 9, 2026
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 12-hour shifts; holiday rotation required if working during winter holidays

Highlights:

• High-volume unit with 200+ deliveries per month at a growing community hospital
• 9 labor rooms, 6 triage rooms, 3 antepartum rooms, 3 ORs with dedicated OB tech support
• Patient ratios: 1:1-2 laboring patients, 1:2-3 antepartum, 1:1 cesarean section and PACU
• Collaborative care model with 24-hour laborist program coverage (MD and CNM) plus dedicated anesthesia providers
• Documentation systems: Meditech and Centricity
• Recently renovated labor and delivery unit with state-of-the-art equipment and technology

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee (or compact state eligible)
• Minimum 2+ years of Labor and Delivery experience required
• Prior travel contract experience strongly preferred
• Current certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
• Proficiency in cervical exams, IUPC and FSE placement, vaginal deliveries, IV starts with lab draws, circulating and recovering cesarean sections
• Dress code: Black, grey, or pink scrubs (solid colors only, no patterns)
