Account Executive - Private Lending

Independent Contractor
Base: $50,000 | OTE: $80,000-$150,000+

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Account Executives to drive originations and close high-volume private lending transactions. This is a closing role designed for strong outbound sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Our model supports speed and efficiency:

  • Terms issued within 3 hours
  • First deals typically close within 30-45 days
  • Leads provided so you can focus on closing
Top performers generate $5M+ in monthly volume, with commissions exceeding $20K+ in strong months.

What You'll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead engagement to funding
  • Execute high-volume cold and warm outbound calling
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of real estate investors and borrowers
  • Consult clients on lending solutions and structure deals effectively
  • Drive deals to close with urgency and precision
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management
Compensation
  • $50,000 Base
  • $80,000-$150,000+ OTE
  • Independent contractor structure
  • High upside for top producers
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • 3+ years of experience as a closing Account Executive
  • Strong outbound calling ability (cold + warm)
  • Proven ability to manage and close high-velocity pipelines
  • Demonstrated career stability (minimum 2 years per recent role)
Preferred:
  • Sales experience in:

    • Private Lending
    • Mortgage
    • Real Estate
  • Experience working with investors or real estate operators
