As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and enhancing resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and administration of residential properties.
- Plan and coordinate routine maintenance, major repairs, and renovations.
- Manage collection of assessments, rental fees, and insurance payments.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between tenants, staff, and property owners.
- Ensure compliance and high service standards across all properties.
- Support team success through additional responsibilities as needed.
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise maintenance staff, leasing assistants, and housekeeping employees.
- Plan and schedule work assignments, reviewing completed tasks for quality.
- Foster a collaborative and service-oriented team environment.
