HIRING: Community Liason Director
Territory: Fairfield, Vacaville, Davis, and Rio Vista area
Salary: $78,000 – $85,000
The Goal: Drive community growth and ensure our residents feel at home from day one. You’ll be the face of our community, building local professional relationships and guiding families through the move-in journey.
What You’ll Do:

Grow the Community: Lead outreach and marketing to meet monthly census goals.

Build Partnerships: Conduct at least 5 weekly networking visits to build local professional ties.

Lead the Experience: Manage the "Tour Tree," ensuring every family receives a warm, professional welcome.

Coordinate Admissions: Manage CRM data, handle move-in paperwork, and collaborate on Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) admits.

Market & Strategize: Execute the annual marketing calendar, manage social media/ads, and conduct competitive surveys.
