• Research case material to provide accurate scopes and budgets.
• Strategize on the best visuals for each project.
• Create a scope that entails the client’s needs, along with Visual Consultant’s vision.
• Create an accurate budget for each scope.
• Provide examples of visuals for the Visual Consultant to share with the client.
• Supervise other Client Liaisons and monitor their scopes and budgets.
• Organize and implement mail merge campaign for each state.
• Follow up on leads generated from mail merge campaign.
• Update Visual Consultants on their current projects.
• Send introductory email to clients based off analytics to generate sales leads.
• Regularly meets/exceeds daily and weekly quotas for client contact (will be adjusted based on load of other tasks).
• Assist Sales (as needed) by sending and communicating information to clients.
• Run and review daily suspecting reports.
• Assists with office phone coverage, as needed.
• Research various associations and assist with marketing/advertising opportunities.
• Compile professional and expert feedback to draft proposals for clients.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years Office Experience.
• Typing Speed of 40 wpm.
• Microsoft Office Experience.
• Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks and projects in a timely manner.
• Highly Organized.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a team and independently.
• Comfortable working with all levels of management.
• Personable phone etiquette and ability to draft engaging emails.
• Ability to draft accurate and detailed proposals and budgets.
