Are you a systems-minded strategist who thrives on connecting platforms, optimizing workflows, and enabling intelligent automation? This role owns the strategy and execution for CMS and DAM interconnectivity—focusing on governance, scalable content delivery, and automated asset management. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to ensure digital assets are discoverable, compliant, and used to their fullest potential.
- 12 month contract, potential for FTE conversion

Responsibilities:
Platform Strategy & Governance

Define and evolve CMS, DAM, and workflow tool integrations to ensure seamless connectivity and strong platform governance

Build and maintain scalable workflows for asset usage, reuse, and lifecycle management

Develop and manage metadata strategies and taxonomies to support fast, accurate asset discovery

Oversee permissions, access controls, and asset quality standards, including regulatory compliance
Content Operations & Automation

Coordinate asset management across CMS, DAM, and workflow platforms to drive operational consistency

Implement AI-driven solutions for metadata tagging, content routing, and automated quality checks

Create reusable templates and automate versioning to streamline content production

Partner with Engineering to deploy and optimize intelligent workflow automations
Education & Continuous Improvement

Educate teams on DAM best practices, governance policies, and system capabilities

Evaluate system performance using analytics and user feedback to drive ongoing improvements

Develop training materials, documentation, and support resources for cross-functional teams
Collaboration & Communication
-
Serve as the content operations lead, participating in stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and critiques
-
Partner with designers, engineers, and content creators to ensure assets meet quality, localization, and brand standards

Present work and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently

Write, edit, and proof metadata, asset descriptions, and operational documentation with high accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Required
-
4–6+ years of experience in DAM, CMS, or content operations roles within cross-functional teams
-
Strong expertise in metadata design, taxonomy development, and asset lifecycle management
-
Proven experience optimizing workflows and automating content operations
-
Familiarity with DAM/CMS platforms and workflow tools; ability to produce developer-ready documentation

Experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Workfront, Adobe Target, Salesforce, or similar tools

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight timelines

Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and approaches
Nice to Have

Experience working in agile pod or squad environments

Background in regulated or complex industries, including partnership with Legal or Compliance teams

Familiarity with product analytics and AI-driven automation
