We're looking for a driven, people-loving Insurance Sales Representative to grow with us. You'll connect with prospective clients, understand what matters most to them, and recommend the right coverage to protect it. Compensation & Pay Transparency: This role offers a base salary of $35,000 per year plus uncapped commission. On average, new team members earn around $68,500 in total compensation in their first year (base plus commissions and bonuses). Our top earners made approximately $116,600 last year.
