The HRIS Specialist will work in a projectized environment assisting with training, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HR systems to ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and support strategic decision-making. HR systems include, but are not limited to, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG/Ultipro, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Greenhouse, and our Learning Management System (LMS) Cornerstone. The HRIS Specialist will actively identify and resolve issues or opportunities for process improvement, automation, enhanced user experience and other HRIS integrations. The HRIS Specialist will report to the Manager of HRIS.
