Our client, a respected leader in banking, is seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to manage and grow their commercial loan portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to work with diverse business clients, including small to mid-sized businesses, corporations, real estate investors, agribusiness, and startups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
- Evaluate and underwrite commercial loan applications with financial analysis
- Structure loan terms that align with regulatory policies and protect the bank’s interests
- Monitor loan performance and ensure compliance throughout the loan lifecycle ✅
What You Bring:
- You get to continue working with your favorite customers in the Johnson County market (especially northern part)
- 5+ years of commercial lending experience with expertise in underwriting and managing loans
- Proven success in business development and client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in banking software, loan origination systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
