The SCS Loan Servicing Specialist services assigned defaulted loans, resolving problem loans, making overdraft decisions, and recovering value through collateral repossession, foreclosure, replevins and institution of legal proceedings. Handles a wide range of accounts, including small business loans as defined by Alerus and all types of consumer debt.

Work Environment:
Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office utilizing proper ergonomic safeguards when doing so. Base Pay Range:
$28 - $33 per hour
