Develop and deliver effective and professional sales presentations to key referring partners – including realtors and business networking groups. Ability and willingness to both conduct virtual surveys and travel to customer residences to conduct visual surveys on-site. Conduct and provide accurate written estimates of service and all applicable information the customer needs to make an informed decision. Ensure communications are thorough and establish appropriate expectations – for our customers and our internal teams, so every move is set up for success. Embrace best-in-class sales techniques and practices to differentiate from the competition and earn customers’ trust. Attend industry events and maintain professional membership status as a way to both network within the industry to develop strong referral partnerships and secure new business. Work with operations and customer service staff to ensure customer requirements and expectations are clearly defined to ensure top customer satisfaction. Produce and distribute sales activity reports as required and respond to business needs within a timely manner. Imperative to embrace and utilize the CRM platform, HubSpot, to ensure data is accurate on a daily basis, and to benefit from the sales tools available within the platform to improve closing ratios.
