As a Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll combine relationship-building and leadership to make a lasting impact. You'll work directly with clients to provide coverage solutions — while also coaching and developing new team members to achieve success.

Train, coach, and mentor new sales representatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners
Conduct individual and group presentations (from 1–100+ attendees)
Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and goals with professionalism
Collaborate with leadership to drive team growth and success
Build a personal book of business while ensuring client satisfaction
Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship — for both you and your team
Weekly draw pay, plus commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs
