Logistics Specialist

A large tech company in Nashville is hiring for a Logistics Specialist! Responsibilities include identifying and resolving performance score discrepancies for the Transportation Services network carrier base, partnering with teams to identify and drive process improvements, collaborating on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards, and extracting data from various databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

Essential skills include 1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related field, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, effective communication skills, and the ability to solve problems. Experience managing large data sets and using them to drive performance and process improvements in supply chain, intermodal, carrier, and transportation is also required.

Additional skills and qualifications include a high school or equivalent diploma, intermediate knowledge of Excel, 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent fields, 1+ years of management experience, and a bachelor's degree. Attributes such as ownership, delivering results, and bias for action are also desired.

This is a fully on-site contract to hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr.
