Logistics Coordinator
Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Atlanta!
Job duties :
- Manage all DOT audits with support from the appropriate areas of the business.
- Oversee areas of the Company's DOT programs, that are delegated to various departments (Equipment, Safety, Operations, etc.), to ensure they are compliant with federal / state regulations and company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Coordinate training and provide guidance to all federally regulated and non-regulated employees and their supervisors as needed / required.
- Administers the JJ Keller program for all employees. Submits required documentation, manages the system, maintains all DOT files, and ensures the JJ Keller program operates smoothly.
- Interpret and provide subject matter expertise, on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, to ensure they are compliant with federal / state regulations and the company policies, procedure
- Serves as the point of contact for all DOT and D&A related questions, concerns, and support.
- Administers and collects all new hire paperwork for all new hires in the field.
- Prepares and processes new hire paperwork for all new hires in the field.
- Manages all DOT required documentation for new hires.
- Works with HR team to ensure all new hire employee records are accurate and entered timely.
The pay rate is $23.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8 : 00 am till 5 : 00pm.
